Aim
To provide ongoing owners engineering support for Korea’s first commercial offshore windfarm Jeonnam 1.
Outcome
Deliverables included Employers Requirements for the Foundations T&I and Cables EPCI packages, Technical management of tender processes for Foundations T&I, WTG T&I, and cables EPCI.
Ongoing T&I Management for the Foundations and WTG scopes, including day to day management of the contractor, and technical review of method statements & T&I engineering.
Ad-hoc support for Construction Management and planning scopes including construction sequencing, programme assessment and transfer to Operations.
Tender review & clarifications for MWS tender process and development of internal project documents in support of the FID process.
