We provide delivery of full installation management service for subsea cables, including; delivery of technical specifications, employer requirements, execution works, and technical assurance. 

Our services offer expertise in procurement, engineering, manufacturing and testing processes as well as offshore delivery, installation, testing and commissioning.

Our team have extensive project engineering, interface management, QA/QC oversight, stakeholder engagement, 3rd party certification, permitting and compliance management, and transport and Installation (T&I) management experience.

We are capable of managing a multi-package EPC Contractor projects, utilizing proven documentation management structures, Project Management Organizations (PMO), procedures and management methodologies. Further to this we have experience available in Due Dilligence, contract management and contract negotiations.
