OCA are delighted to welcome Arnold Koning as our newest Lead Consultant. Arnold joins OCA in our Netherlands office in the Hague and brings over 15 years of offshore T&I experience to the team particularly in Project Management and Project Engineering. He has worked on complex foundations T&I and EPCI projects and has experience with structural design, transportation and heavy lifting of major components for offshore wind. After a short break from the offshore wind industry, he is pleased to be back and to get involved in current exciting projects!!
