We are delighted to introduce Helena Estrada and the opening of our Netherlands Office.
Helena is an offshore wind transport and installation expert and a structural engineer with almost a decade of offshore wind experience working in complex projects across foundations T&I and EPCI packages.
Helena will join as Country Manager at our new Netherlands Office based in Amsterdam and will provide a wealth of expertise to the OCA team and strengthen our growth plans as we seek to support more projects in Europe.
