Providing Onsite client representation for the scour protection installation campaign.
Outcome
Provision of technical and interface management service throughout the duration of the installation process. This includes oversight/support of environmental compliance, data turnover, contractor daily reports, observation of safety inspections, marine coordination, and work plan.
Close communication with onshore Installation Manager(s) and contractor for clarifications on various technical specifications, workflows, report formats, data representation.
Valuable experience in client representation on similar work scopes by Installation managers and contract specification provided useful in narrowing down “grey-area” clarifications presented by contractor.
