With the announcement of our partnership with the Renewable Energy Construction Academy (RECOA) this October, OCA is proud to introduce a specialised Transport & Installation (T&I) Project Development Course for the offshore wind sector. This comprehensive training program represents a significant step forward in addressing the industry’s growing need for specialised T&I expertise, particularly as offshore wind projects become increasingly complex and widespread.
The course combines RECOA’s educational excellence with OCA’s extensive project experience to deliver both theoretical knowledge and practical insights. It covers crucial areas including DEVEX and CAPEX planning, bottom-up pricing models, and T&I process optimisation. Designed for professionals at various career stages, from junior engineers to experienced T&I managers, the curriculum emphasises hands-on learning through realistic case studies and practical applications.
