Aim
OCA has directly managed the validation, transport, deployment, and operations of a floating LiDAR for the client. This has included review of the contractor deployment methodology, Risk Assessment, and Methods statements, and deployment vessel specifications.
Outcome
Post-deployment of the FLiDAR, OCA has been tasked with the management of a 3rd party data management contractor. This has included the review of the data quality and the campaigns compliance in accordance with the BOEM approved conditions in the Site Assessment Plan (SAP).

OCA provided Interface management between contractors, the permitting team, and senior management. Travel and in-person oversight of validation and testing of the Floating LiDAR.
