The primary focus is to deliver technical and project management support to our consultancy assignments in the US. The role also requires leadership and mentoring to support and guide the professional development of our junior staff. Work will cover all stages of the offshore wind farm project lifecycle, from project conception, through development and on into project execution offshore.
Who we need
You must be a nice, friendly, open and honest person – it is part of our culture. You must have at least 7 years’ experience in a US consulting engineering environment, including 2 years' project management for consulting assignments. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm to jump into the offshore wind industry, expand their knowledge and take on a range of new and dynamic projects. This role will also support the US business growth and we expect the selected candidate to be able take on a leadership role in the business.
